We are seeing an increasing error rate from our underlying software environment that hosts the EMEA02 platform.
Currently this is not service affecting but to prevent it becoming so we will be performing emergency maintenance tonight to re-mediate this issue.
During this maintenance window there will be a short period of service unavailability. The telemetry data will be delayed on the units and will catch-up once the system is available again.
