We want to make you aware that this Saturday (15/05/2021) at 9pm BST, there will be scheduled down time for up to approximately 4 hours. We will be using this time to add more capacity to our infrastructure to ensure the uptime and stability of the platform.

During this maintenance window, the Swift & Insight EMEA02 platform instance will be inaccessible and events will be queued on the devices. All operations around the platform, including offloading of device events, processing operations and delivery of scheduled emails and will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
